Before the disassembly of the Wirebonder:

remove all the straps, except the control panel's strap, need this one to hold it up

Servo motor is under the IO module, not to damage it with Forklift

keep a strap around the heavy control panel first, remove 3 bolts, then rotate the panel to the original location

Many cables have to be reconnected from the bottom slots

The wirebonder was disassembled in two modules.  The control panel is rotated 90 degrees, and the pipe at top is cut to fit into a 20' L X 92.6" W X 92" H container.

There are many cables and connectors need to be reconnected on the top. Use a ladder to climb up.

Laser was disassembled into three modules, and loaded into a 8.5' tall container:

each black cable inside the beam was cut near the source end. Need to resolder them back.
